do i call it unfair dismissal?
Hi all, I have been working as a security Officer with a big security company for about 5 years now. I have been a faithful employee since beginning, But since last month and a half they stop giving me shift. I have not had any work in this time and about every week I speak to my employer and ask about work, he tells me i ll give you in the next week, but his next week never comes. I have tried other security companies, but you know there are thousands more under the stone. So i would like to ask you what do I think he is doing to me? Do i consider it as a dismissal? Shall i pop into CAB? thank you in advance
Help me Plz....Answer This Question!!!?
*While working at the security station you receive a phone call stating that there is a bomb in the building. Which of the following is the best course of action?
1.Hang up on the caller assuming it is a prank phone call.
2. Immediately hang up on the caller and call the police to tell them what happened
.
3. Keep the caller on the line and gather as much information as you can before calling 911
.
4. Tell everyone in sight there is a bomb and run out of the building as quickly and calmly as possible.
Should there be an option?
to get out of Social Security for our young people?
why? Because there should be the option for people to take charge of there own lives. If they get caught up and have nothing when they are old that is there own doing.
I didn't mean privatize, just allow people to keep there money and do with it what they so choose, save, spend whatever
I'm not saying deny those who are elderly... I'm talking about letting young people opt out...
@ honestamerican: this is not a Dem Rep issue, this to me is an issue about individual liberty, about letting people take charge of there own lives.
@ honestamerican: so you are generalizing... if you are saying the average person is stupid, than you yourself are most likely one of the stupids. Who cares what an employer does, worry about yourself and you family, I've dont it all my life and I'm doing pretty good. I do my own research, think twice before I act and always, always stick my ground and never take a penny from my savings
