can bytes transmit through air in the 16.000 a 20.000 Hz range?
I can ear an annoying acute noise inside rooms and in a public transport. Could be a P2P transmission system using a legal bandwidth?. If there is possible, could any shadow organisation put a 22 KHz database radios into anonymous cell phones and Laptop batteries own any citizens?. Those agents could save/read data using 22KHz in any country.

Is Time Warner serious about cancelling my service?
I recently got my browser blocked by road runner which is time warner cable. Time Warner is my ISP and they blocked my browser because of a copyright infringement notice. I had to click (I am aware of this issue and will take steps to resolve it.) to regain access to my internet. Is this just to scare people into stopping p2p file sharing or is it a real warning? I know that they have the right to and that in the letter they stated how it was illegal and blah blah blah. But has anyone really gotten their service canceled because of this? Or do i have to use a proxy server and be more careful...no rants about how this is wrong and i am stealing. I just want to know if anyone has actually had their service cancelled or had something happen other than warning because I doubt they are going to bring you into court, even though they can. I know how serious it is and I do know it is a crime, but I just don't see how they can cancel all these people's services or fine all these people that do this. Can I watch stuff that I have already downloaded or will that attract attention? I am not seeding or downloading anything...and I am deleting everything after I watch it. Even though some of you r kinda rude...I appreciate the help...I have downloaded stuff for about a year and this was kind of a shock.

If there is an album that you desire to have but it is not available in retail stores, Amazon, E-bay, Itunes,?
and the only way of actually owning the CD album is by downloading it as a torrent of from a P2P site would that count as technically legal or legal. Myself I can view that it would be illegal if its a newer game soundtrack, but the soundtrack itself has been out of the market for about twelve years now, and like I said. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY of actually obtaining the soundtrack then buy downloading it as a zip file or torrent So I am curious as to if you guys think it is legal or not legal and state why. Please do not say "It is only illegal if you get caught." I want serious answers please.
